All 28 teams made it to this years VANS BAttle of the SHops despite the very exceptional weather conditions.
Teams from all over the Benelux plus international teams from Italy, Uk, Estonia, Switzerland, Slovakia, Germany & France had the time of their lives at the renewed Zumiez Skatepark.

In August 2009 we drove a 1979 Mercedes bio-diesel hearse from Los Angeles to Atlanta, GA then all the way up to Portland, ME. We visited 25 cities in 30 days. This wasn’t your average skateboard tour … it was WAR. We got a crash-course tour of 25 different skate scenes and filmed the best locals we could get our hands on.

Mid 2009 éS brought some of their fine European team riders to Bordeaux and Toulouse in the Southwest of France. They skated a few demos but have been out for some street missions as well.
