The BanZag is a "freerando" competition taking place in Chamonix Mont-Blanc on the 15th of April 2014:
- The ascent is timed : vertical drop of 650meter
- The descent is judge by a jury of pro-riders and specialists
- An AVD search is timed and will account for 10% of your final grade. (Avalanche Transceiver)
If you are a good mix of our two fellows in the video then you have a good shot at winning the BanZag !

The idea of the Julbo Glen University Session was to give two up-and- coming ski mountaineers from the US an opportunity to experience Chamonix with Julbo's ambassador, Glen Plake. CJ Carter of Bozeman, Mont. and Tom Runcie of Crested Butte, Colo. were the first entrants to win a trip to Chamonix and have the chance to ski and climb with Glen Plake.

My name is Christophe Charlet , I live in Chamonix Mont -Blanc , I 'm 23 years old . For nearly 10 years I have been competing in boardercross , giant, freestyle and freeride derby .
In 2009 I was buried under an avalanche for 35 minutes (you can read the testimony of the accident on my website http://chrischarlet.com/warning/ ) . After the accident I began quietly to freeride competition , which I do now thoroughly.

Rétrospective de la saison 2012/2013,frustré à cause d'une grosse blessure sur l'air bag de la Clusaz avant de débuter la saison (Déchirure ligament interne)
La motivation de revenir sur les skis était toujours présente , un été passé à Tignes et aux 2 Alpes notamment !
