Two days before the Swatch Freeride World Tour 2012 finals, the Xtreme Verbier, Nicolas Hale-Woods and guides went on top of the Bec des Rosses. They tested the snowpack and chose the start points for Saturday 24th March contest.

The Bec des Rosses is always an impressive venue for the riders. We talked to few riders, some of them never rode the Bec before and Saturday will be their first time, for some the Bec is their season's main objective and for some, it's only a comeback after many years riding it....

Right before Fieberbrunn, Seb talked to few riders who were not yet qualified for Xtreme Verbier and FWT 2013. Michaud asked them how they feel the pressure. Those are Frenchies Jérémy Prévost & Kevin Guri, Austrian Christian Schnabel and German Pia Widmesser.
He also talk about pressure with Margot Rozies (FRA), actual second in the ranking right before Verbier.

Video report of the Austrian stop of the Freeride Juniors series. The two other competitions take place in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and Verbier. Freeride Juniors are opened to every young freerider, girl and boy, skier and snowboarder, aged between 12 and 17.
