Simply how to pull the rail ride on an old type windsurfer (can be done no most 130+l boards).
The rail ride was the most basic of the advanced tricks at the time. Lotsa things you can do from there.
By the way, this is a $25 board from a yard sale...

Kinda freestyle move for landlocked windsurfers - most of them...
Sailing inside the boom, facing the wind is easy in strong winds, even on small boards 90+ litres.
However, I require at least 130l to jump.
