The 2012 Burton European Open presented by MINI is kicking off with the Junior Slopestyle contest. Riders from all around the world are arriving in LAAX, Switzerland, among them the current TTR World Champions Spencer O'Brien, Kelly Clark and Iouri Podladtchikov.

The 2011 TTR Burton New Zealand Open (BNZO) started off on a high note with the men’s and women’s Slopestyle semis finished and the pipe semis to come. The spaceshuttle MMXII has landed up at the 2012 TTR Burton European Open presented by MINI in Laax! After a great kick-off with the Junior Slopestyle on Saturday, the riding level went even higher in the Junior Halfpipe competition on Sunday.
