Top 3 Ski Women & Men | Engadinsnow 2019 - Silvaplana/Corvatsch (SUI)

Fantastic weather and a lot of fresh snow in the night before the competition, the conditions were perfect for over a hundred freeriders to compete at the 17. Edition of Engadinsnow at the Corvatsch (SUI). On the so called „Alpetta Face“, the riders showed their best freeriding performances. The skiers’ champion is Malene Madsen from Denmark securing the top spot with only 1.7 points in advantage over second placed Valeria Apostolo from Italy. Her fellow countrywomen Lena Attoresi claims third place. The top 3 skiers all showed very high level of freeriding, what sumed up to a very close podium: Finally, the jury found in Norway’s Eirik Schjølberg the best skier with a total amount of 86.0 points, while Bulgarian Valyo Peltekov received just 0.3 points more for his performance than third placed Andreas Jenewein (AUT).
