Snowpark Gstaad: Freeski Springin' - 27-03-2013

On January 25th the Snowpark Gstaad was proud host of the very first Swiss Freeski Girls Shred Session. To motivate more girls to get involved in the freestyle sport, this day was all about female park riding. Manuel Manca is a ripper from the Aarau area, and when we told him that we want to check out the Snowpark Gstaad, he was up for it within some minutes. After the first day his motivation got even bigger and he mentioned that this might be the best park in Switzerland at the moment. Both days were great and many local riders like Nico Höckel, Sandro Kunz, Menk Hösli, Alexandra Nicole, Julia Waser, Nicolas Zürcher and Yves Müller joined the session! snowpark-gstaad.ch

The Shape Armada around Andi Röck did their best to stand tall against last weeks „april weather“, which actually lasted all the way through may, with some sunny gaps, in between. As the end of the season slowly ticking down with the hands of the clock, it was decided that it was time for a spring session on the kickers at the Vans Penken Park Mayrhofen on the 8th of March.
