Sliding on the rail - freestyle windsurfing on a SUP

Freestyle windsurfing: riding the railride on a SUP Starboard 12'6". Good board for flat water, old-style freestyle.

Old-style freestyle windsurfing on a SUP Starboard: sailing back-to-front and preparing to gybe it. Sail is an original Windsurfer.

Use daggerboard with front foot. Take time to stabilise (but then board goes upwind), or do early and then you're not stable yet - your choice. Will be easier with any modern board with shorter booms.

Longboard freestyle windsurfing - duck tack. Suffices to duck way low, don't push the sail forward into the wind. Simple as that. Make sure board has enough speed to turn.

Back-to-back stern-first railride - old-style Windsurfer freestyle - my back to the sail, board backwards, on the edge. Easier done than described !
