Episode 3 sees Rowan discuses how he goes about working his day-to-day job as well as fitting in the necessary training required to take part at the Urge Cabo Verde event. He hits up a frozen local trail at nighttime in his naturally fast and smooth manner followed by a trip to the polishers to get his new Orange Alpine frame looking extra bling.
Its then over to Mojo Suspension to get the bike built and dialed in ready for some volcanic action!
