19th septembre 2016 : Snowkite Touring in the French Alps (Savoie) Following the last weekend snowfall, maybe the first snowkite session for season 2016-17 in the French Alps. After a nice walk to reach altitude 2900m, we were able to strap on our skis and fly our kites. Gliding on a 20cm fresh and blank snow with a lovely light wind was pure pleasure.

Gaspard de la Meije made the first ascent of La Meije (Massif des Ecrins) in August 1877 . Hi, here is the first episode about our series "ticket to ride"; It's happening in Switzerland in Bernina Pass near St Moritz.
