While the Northern Hemisphere was hunted by thunderstorms, long nights and cold temperatures, Nixon’s William Aliotti caught some great waves in sunny Tahiti. The 19-year-old from St. Martin has developed some killer air skills during the past years, scored solid results on the WQS and already managed to pocket two invitations to the Nixon Surf Challenge being the youngest surfer on the team.
The trip in company of fellow Frenchies Maud LeCar and Joan Duru was William’s first time in Tahit...

No time to rest – The iON the Barrel crew share some more highlights from their recent Tahiti sessions. Glistening water angles show Teahupo'o on a more mellow day, sparkling clear water and mouthwatering barrels with some ripping tube-rides from two Aussie surfers Shaun Cansdell and Peter Hayes as well as a couple of incognito locals who shared their stunning local break for the day.
