The Lausanne Slopestyle was organized by Freebord Suisse and La Fievre, this event was part of the European Freebord Represent Tour 2012. For the first time, more than 50 freebord and longboard riders, were able to play on kickers, rails, and ramps out of the skatepark, on a closed downhill.
On the sunday, 17th june, the city was our playground before finishing near the lake on a water jump.
It has been a great success ! We'll be back in 2013...

Arnaud De Bluze honors Sam Trowbridge with a ride down Lombard St wearing (just) a helmet. Early 2011, we lost one of the best riders on the Freebord team, Sam Trowbridge, 21. He was riding down a routine hill and took a bad fall. He wasn't wearing a helmet that day. A simple skateboard helmet could have saved his life. Ride for Sam. This project have been organize by freebord suisse. The idea was to bring some of the best freebord riders on the planet and bring them to Verbier. Record with RC drones in alpine scenery, this video show the free ride aspect of freebording. Also the friendship of the different community in Europe.
