Kubdari - Svaneti Bread

Kubdari, is the name of the bread served in Svaneti, a province in the north of Georgia.
We went telemark ski touring with Gogita, our driver, guide and DJ, who organised the trip.
It was hot and sunny, which is quite unusual at this time of the year. The Svan can't make head or tail of it !
