Kaunertal Opening 2014 – DAY 1 - Highlights of Friday
How time flies… The ultimate kick-off into the winter and snow park season at Kaunertal Glacier, Austria, celebrates its 29th edition this year. The Kaunertal Opening 2014 from October 10 to 12 provides lots of news in an action-packed schedule promising “more contests, more testivals, more side events, more parties, more cosiness” – just more typical Kaunertal Opening stuff!
Kaunertal Opening does not only attract lots of contest riders but large number of young winter sport enthusiasts who want to celebrate the reunion of the scene after the summer break and test the newest hardware at the biggest ski and snowboard testival of the winter. In addition, there’s a snowboard exhibition showing snowboards from the last 30 years, video premieres, rail sessions and much more. Today’s Friday already presented massive shreds and overwhelming spirit. We’re looking forward to the Saturday and Sunday action at Kaunertal glacier.
