Horsefeathers Superpark Dachstein: Fall Freeskiing - 17.11.2012

The teasers are dropping, the glaciers are opening and the leaves are falling. It can only ever mean one thing: It’s getting closer to snow blanketing our fair lands. With park plans already set in stone, it’s time to turn attention to the QParks Freeski Tour, which will once again be hosted across Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Italy this winter. The Shape Armada around Andi Röck did their best to stand tall against last weeks „april weather“, which actually lasted all the way through may, with some sunny gaps, in between. The Snowpark Dachstein West is situated on the western side of the famous Dachstein mountain ranges and approached best from Salzburg. The project already exists since three years and was constantly improved in the last years. It offers a nice beginner section on the right side and a medium/advanced kicker- and rail section on the left side! As the end of the season slowly ticking down with the hands of the clock, it was decided that it was time for a spring session on the kickers at the Vans Penken Park Mayrhofen on the 8th of March.
