Héliski Switzerland, Ubac Images, Eps5 Saison 2
We are back in Switzerland, in Verbier / Le Chable, for our very first heliski session!
Down at the heliport, we couldn't see much, a nice sea of clouds overcasted the whole valley.
Quite disappointing. But after a few minutes, the sun came through, and it was ON.
2 runs on the menu:
- first one on the Glacier du Trient, over the clouds it was amazing, "Welcome to Paradise"
- for the second we were supposed to go to the Petit Combin, but the chopper was short on gas so we went back to Trient.
Amazing snow on the first run thanks to the fresh 30cm that had fallen on the previous day. For the second run, it was a bit more complicated, as Mr Sunny Boy had done his job already...
Awesome first experience, unfortunately one memeber of the team was missing!
Can't wait to do that again!
