Johnny Hoogerland fulfilled his dream of winning the 40th Ötztaler Radamrathon on Sunday, August 29. his dream of victory! He won in front of the Carinthian Hans-Jörg Leopold and the Italian Mattia De Marchi. In the women's race, Germany's Christina Rausch triumphed as she last did in 2019. The route led over the four passes Kühtai, Brenner and Jaufenpass as well as the Timmelsjoch over 5,500 meters in altitude.
