Blake Aldridge takes debut win at 2014 Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series kick-off in Cuba. They are magicians in the air performing multiple somersaults and twists within the blink of an eye. What happens during a twist and what does it need to do 3 or even 4 twists within a split second? To initiate the twist, you need a powerful take off and the power in the legs to hold the pressure. A dive from 27 meters doesn’t take longer than 3 seconds and the twisting action ends after less than 1.5 seconds – to get it all right, body and mind need to work together perfectly!
