In the Women’s Halfpipe World Tour Ranking Kelly Clark remains her no. 1 spot, leading the pack. Queralt Castellet moved one spot up to the 2nd place, followed by Cai Xuetong moving up to 4th place, swapping with Gretchen Bleiler.
Silka Cadar remains ranked number 1 overall with the women, with Queralt right behind her and Kelly Clark moving into the 3rd position.

The LAAX OPEN 2019 culminated today with the long-awaited highlight, the first ever Superpipe Night Finals up on Crap Sogn Gion. Olympic Gold medalist and top favorite Chloe Kim fulfilled all expectations after winning this morning’s semi-finals and also dominating tonight’s finals. The big event of the last FIS Snowboard World Cup before the Olympic Games took place last weekend in Laax (SUI). At the Crap Sogn Gion, the freestyle snowboarders had best conditions. A truly magical atmosphere after sunset at 2,252 meters above sea level, combined with sensational riding and rapturous fans. Snowflakes were falling when riders were getting ready to drop into the Halfpipe underneath GALAAXY. In the women’s field the only European rider in the finals, Queralt Castellet from Spain, was clearly in the lead after the first run. She started off with a huge Lien Air, a Backside 900 Mute, followed by a Frontside 900 Melon, Air to Fakie, finishing off with a Switch Backside 540 Mute.
