Any trail can be ridden in so many ways. Up, down, crusing, flat out, skidding, drifting, wheelie, hucking. All ways are good ways. Simply put - just have fun with it.

Due to its ice free port and railroad connections, Narvik is a natural distribution hub of the north. Picture this industrial area covered in snow, enhanced by the surrounding stunning nature and you will see where we got the inspiration for our narvik collection. The concept consists of freestyle inspired products for skiers and snowboarders, for use in the slopes, in the backcountry or in urban surroundings. Designed with high focus on movement and style, narvik combines technical needs suc...

Finding the balance between work and your personal life is a never-ending trade-off. In my case; that balance is between making films and riding my bike. The state of perfect balance is when they both converge; when I get the chance to combine both riding and filming at the same time.
Since me and Philip Lundman share this view upon bikes and cameras, we've have had the idea of making another film together on that theme for quite some time now. We finally found some time to make it happen....

Inspired by Sean Penn's classical masterpiece "Into The Wild", this film is about the essence of mountain biking. Don't give your entire $24.000 savings account to charity, abandon all your possessions and hitchhike to Alaska without telling anyone, but for the love of God, don't waste all of your precious time fighting over wheel-sizes, strange marketing moves or economic materialism. Make sure most if it is time well spent: on your bike, in the wild.

Visiting Narvik, Norway, with Norrøna ambassadors Per and friends. Freeride skiing in and around Narvik Skisenter, as well as surrounding mountain areas.
Narvik offers the best and biggest lift based terrain for freeride in Norway. When the conditions are right there is no ski area in the country that can match the potential in this place, and maybe none in the world with a more exotic backdrop.

Deep in Norway's Sunnmøre fjords is the small village of Fjørå. Over the centuries, local farmers have cleared trails up and down the steep mountainsides. Today, those trails challenge technical mountain bikers who descend to the rocky shore from 1100 metres over sea level.
