The final 2016 tour stop of the successful In-City Athletics meeting, the Golden Fly Series was hosted on Thursday in Schaan in the Principality of Liechtenstein. Liechtenstein is the world’s sixth smallest country and boasts just 40,000 inhabitants. The "FlySwat" - the world’s largest mobile certified athletics facility, built especially for the purpose – was celebrating its 10th Tour Stop.

Great performances could be marveled at the long jump and pole vault meeting at the Linda Square in Schaan. Already the starting field promised great distances and heights and last but not least excitement and jumping aces to touch. In all four competitions - men's and women's long jump and pole vault - there were internationally strong results with 8.12m and 5.71m, as well as 6.67m and 4.61m.
