Mammut Pro Team Athlete Dani Arnold has set a new record time on the north face of the Grandes Jorasses. At the end of July, the 34-year old climbed the Walker Spur (4,208 meters) in the Mont Blanc massif on the Cassin route in 2 hours and 4 minutes. He now holds speed records on two out of the three legendary north faces in the Alps. For the third summer in a row, Dani has been focusing on the Grand Jorasses north face project. Mammut Pro Team Athlet Dani Arnold stellt an der Nordwand der Grandes Jorasses eine neue Rekordzeit auf. Der 34-Jährige besteigt den Walkerpfeiler (4208 Meter) im Mont-Blanc-Massiv Ende Juli über die Cassin-Route in 2:04 Stunden. Damit hält er an zwei von drei der legendären grossen Nordwänden der Alpen den Speed-Rekord. Das Projekt Grandes Jorasses Nordwand beschäftigte Dani bereits den dritten Sommer in Folge. In den Jahren 2016 und 2017 hatte das Wetter einen Versuch jeweils verunmöglicht....
