David Godziek puts down the world’s first quadruple tail whip on a mountain bike at The Audi Nines MTB 2018.
“I landed the triple whip pretty easy, so I decided to try for one more,” said the 24-year-old professional mountain biker from the village of Suszec in southern Poland. “I hadn’t been thinking about this trick at all, but the jump here at Audi Nines turned out to be the perfect jump for it. It’s huge and there’s a lot of airtime to do it.”

The Qatar Airways GKA Kite World Tour hosted three Big Air disciplines - TwinTip, Hydrofoil, and Surfboard - on the shores of Jericoacoara, Brazil. The new World Champions in the Hydrofoil Big Air category are Swiss Andrea Zust and Charles Brodel from France. Cardrona Alpine Resort was the host for the final sports challenge at the Obsidian 2020, the Park Jam. The athletes threw down some amazing tricks to wow the spectators on a bluebird day.
The men’s ski was the biggest category and at the end of the semi-finals it was hard for the judges to pick only three to go through. It ended up with Finn Bilous grabbing first, Jackson Wells in second and Beau-James Wells rounding out in third.

With best conditions, the Obsidian Freeride competition on the WTF face in the Minaret Range near Lake Wanaka took place.
