Allez on finit la saison en beauté comme chaque année au Derby de la Meije. La météo n'était pas vraiment au rendez vous et la motivation s'en est fait ressentir le jour de la reconnaissance (que nous n'avons d'ailleurs pas faite). C'est donc vendredi matin, reveil 6h du mat que nous nous sommes finalement décidés à monter tenter notre chance, à l'aveugle. Nous comptions sur un report de l'heure de départ comme chaque année, mais c'était sans compter sur une organisation aux petits oignons. B...

Kick The Vik Eco Freeride Tour (EFT) take two.
For the first time in its history a Kick the Vik tour stop took place outside of Switzerland in the Val Senales. For three days the participants were able to spend some quality time at the Bella Vista refuge and took part in a freeride competition on one of the days. The youngest participant, David Spath, a resident of the Val Senales in South Tirol was able to place fourth in the category of ski men.

The 9th edition of the WSF World Rookie Fest started it’s week-long with 3 days for trainings and qualification in Livigno at the Mottolino Snowpark. 127 rippers up to 18 years old from seventeen nations joined this legendary youth snowboard event. The 9th WSF World Rookie Fest in Livigno - 2 perfectly shaped slopestyle course welcomed the finals in which riders had three runs to determine the winner, the best one counted. The riding level from the rookies of this edition was impressively and proved again that the future of snowboarding is in good hands. Highlight of week was 8-year-old Jacqueline De Jong from Nederland, the youngest competitor of the week.

The session didn’t leave much to the imagination: The day was blessed with sunshine, blue skies and the multitude of motivated shredders made the shoot at Snowpark Lenzerheide a pleasure to attend.
