The first Royal Championships from the BetCity Queen & King of the Court tournament in Rotterdam saw the quarter-final matches played and more teams earn places in the semi-finals. On the men's side, the Dutch Alexander Brouwer/Robert Meeuwsen and the two-time Kings (Utrecht 2023, Doha 2022) David Åhman (SWE) and Jonatan Hellvig (SWE) already secured a place in the semi-finals. The two Latvian beach volleyball aces Aleksandrs Samoilovs and Janis Smedins also manage to reach the semi-finals at their farewell tournament.
In the women's singles the Swiss Anouk Vergé-Dépré and Joanna Mäder follow the Dutch Kaja Stam and Raisa Schoon into the semi-finals.
