2nd Speed Riding Cup
A new board sport in the land of heritage buildings.
Pégase Air Samoëns is organising the first speed riding competition on the Grand Massif. As the last stage in a tour that takes in 5 resorts (Val Fréjus, Les Arcs, Andorre, Verbier and Samoëns), the competition is expected to attract some thirty competitors, including a number of pioneers and champions in the sport e.g. Antoine Montand (world record holder for infinity tumbling, a 360° vertical sequence), Loïc-Jean Albert alias "the Flying Man", François Bon, Franck Coupa, David Eyraud, etc. Spectators will have a chance to follow the various phases in the competition on a giant screen set up at "Le Bois aux Dames" in Samoëns.
