Highlight of the event was the final of the unique Parallel Freeride Contest. The riders compete head-to-head in duos. The final took place between two Swiss teams: Freeride youngster Maxime Chabloz and his teammate Alexandre Jossen secured the day's victory ahead of Patrick Ambühl and Joel Bleyer from Engelberg. The skiers Lucas Swieykowski (ARG) and Juan Bergada (ARG) are the winners of the World’s Only Parallel Freeride Contest. They competed in the finals against Whisky Ambühl (SUI) and Ueli Kestenholz (SUI) who finished in second. The new format was not only spectacular and exciting for the riders but also for the audience. The finals were hold under perfect weather and snow conditions.
