The DC European Skate Team embarked on another filming mission in Europe. This time it was the South of France. Josef Jatta, Javier Paredes, Antony Lopez, Manuel Margreitter and Michael Sommer from the European team and Seb Simon from the French team ripped the streets of France filming for our next video project. One demo and one signing where also in place. Good wine, good food, good spots and lots of friends made this tour an excellent one.

Our globetrotting French Snowboard team spent last winter traveling the world looking for the best conditions to film for all their upcoming video parts. We managed to tag along and bagged some rad footage for ourselves in the process. Over the next few weeks we will be sharing it with you guys, showcasing the French team and hopefully getting psyched for the winter ahead, second up it's Valerian Ducourtil.

Sarah Mason (Gisbourne, NZL) 16, today took out the ASP 2-Star Swatch Girls Pro Junior France over Dimity Stoyle (Sunshine Coast QLD, AUS) 19, it a closely contested 35-minute final that went down to the wire in tricky 3ft (1m) waves at Les Bourdaines.

The Swatch Girls Pro Junior France commenced today with two rounds of explosive surfing put on by the finest under-21 athletes with Sarah Mason (Gisbourne, NZL) 16, leading the charge with an incredible display of backhand surfing to claim the single highest wave score of both events, a near perfect 9.50 out of 10.

No competition for the Junior girls today and some heavy conditions for the women's division. Next call for the Junior girls tomorrow at 12h00.
