Episode 3 sees Rowan discuses how he goes about working his day-to-day job as well as fitting in the necessary training required to take part at the Urge Cabo Verde event. Urge Cabo Verde will be taking place between the 7th and 14th of February and will culminate in a race event descending 3000m from the top of a Volcano to the sea.
