After more than a year without racing, I somehow decided that taking part in the biggest ever mass start mountain bike race was a good idea. The Mountain of Hell is an event held in Les Deux Alpes, France, every year. It reunites pro and amateur in one epic race starting at 3600m on the glacier to get down to 900m down the bottom. MOUNTAIN OF HELL 2018 Recit de mon (combat) run final. Départ 347eme (creuvaison qualif) arrivé 14eme, un sacré voyage pendant plus de 30min pour doubler plus de 300 personnes. I qualified on line 12, and finished 30th in Master 2 in 52:23:72 I was still putting on my gloves when the race started, but I went full gas not touching the brakes until the end where I realized my rear brake was not working. What a race last sunday at Les 2 Alpes. 153/700 overall with aroound 41minutes. Top speed 74km/h on the ice, super scary !

Here is the best one my many crashes during Mountain Of Hell 2016, the legendary mou I didn't know part of the trail was missing on this section. Not enough speed to hope for a happy outcome; thus, I decided to throw down the bike and grab the opposite side with my fists.
