This winter has been difficult for Joel because of wrist injury and surgery end of January due to crash at Courmayeur 2nd stop of Freeride World Tour 2013. So here are the footages of Joel riding in March - April with a splint at right hand. Anyway, it was enough to enjoy the pow of this incredible winter!

Freeride Your Life crew shooting some actions end of winter 13 in Switzerland. Joel Rouge is accessing the start of his run and snow moved under his feet then straight line to safe point. Cameraman running out the spot when seeing this, slab avalanche was about 50 meters large and 400m long.

GoPro footage of my final run in La Clusaz. I choose to take the small couloir near the rocks to enter the face and then the ice was difficult to manage in this steep area! After that, the pressure goes off and the run is just fun with a lot of small kicker every where! I managed the landings well and stayed fast until the end. Stoked to win the first qualifier event for 2012! Stay tuned for the next event in St-Moritz on Freeride Your Life TV !!
