June 22nd saw the return of ROCK METAL JAM with a whole new spirit! At the end of March, the first round of CRANKWORX 2019 was held in ROTORUA, New Zealand. Joining COMMENCAL in December 2018, Australian rider Remy Morton participated in one of his first competitions wearing his new colours. Kyle Strait is currently in Europe participating in Crankworx Les Gets and before the event he visited our Andorran offices to try out the new COMMENCAL range. It was also an opportunity to test the new tracks in Les Angles, our new partner station in the Pyrenees. Les Angles opens in a week and it’s definitely worth a visit!

With winter in full swing in the Northern Hemisphere and lots of snow and adverse weather conditions, we needed a big dose of summer riding! Take it back to Les Arcs (Savoie, France) mid-summer with Vincent Pernin and his FURIOUS, filmed by Thibault Menu.

William Robert had a great year aboard his different Commencal steeds. In 2017 he travelled the world to ride, including a maiden voyage to Whistler Bike Park during Crankworx. We're sure he's itching to get back... What’s next for Wiwi? The road to Rampage? It’s certainly his goal and signing with Commencal for 2 more years will hopefully help him achieve this and more. We simply can’t wait to see what 2018 brings!
