Day Three of the Tarifa Wing Pro was all about the tow-in action, as we ran an expression session in the waves whilst the athletes and crew waited for the wind to arrive. Day Two of the GWA Tarifa Wing Pro saw the near-completion of Men’s Round 3 for the Surf-Freestyle discipline. Several attempts were made to start to the Race discipline today, but due to several changes in the race-course, the final call was made to switch to the Surf-Freestyle discipline to try and advance further up the competition ladder. The action kicked off early for Day One of the Tarifa Wing Pro 2021, where we completed the full Women's Surf-Freestyle Discipline crowning our new winner, Bowien van der Linden. On the Men's side, Rounds 1 and 2 were completed.

We have our first ever GWA Super Foil Brazil Champion! Day 3 has been action packed here in Fortaleza. The wind was up and down and judges decided on heats of 9 minutes to compensate for the lulls, thankfully there was enough to run the competition. Day two is complete at the GWA SuperFoil in Fortaleza. So far we have been blessed with great conditions for the competition, today we had light rain in the morning, which thankfully cleared in time for the event to begin. The Global Wing Sports Association is holding its first ever WingFoil event in Fortaleza, the SuperFoil Brasil 2020. The Foil Freestyle World Championship took place at the Engadinwind 2020 and is one of the biggest highlight competitions at the Engadinwind 2020.
