Mammut Pro Team athlete Beni Hug and French ski mountaineer climbed all seven four-thousander peaks of the Aletsch area on touring skis in only 20 hours. With a total of 7000 altitude meters and a distance of approx. 65 km, Beni and Tony completed their personal records.

Wolfgang Güllich was the first climber who accomplished the “Action Directe” route in the Franconian woods in 1991. This route is truly a massive challenge for your fingers, ligaments and sinews. This route had been a whole new dimension of difficulty. However, Wolfgang Güllich and neither Mammut Pro athlete Jan Hojer did not hesitate to climb this hell of a route.

Mammut Pro Team Athlet Dani Arnold stellt an der Nordwand der Grandes Jorasses eine neue Rekordzeit auf. Der 34-Jährige besteigt den Walkerpfeiler (4208 Meter) im Mont-Blanc-Massiv Ende Juli über die Cassin-Route in 2:04 Stunden. Damit hält er an zwei von drei der legendären grossen Nordwänden der Alpen den Speed-Rekord. Das Projekt Grandes Jorasses Nordwand beschäftigte Dani bereits den dritten Sommer in Folge. Mammut Pro Team Athlete Dani Arnold has set a new record time on the north face of the Grandes Jorasses. At the end of July, the 34-year old climbed the Walker Spur (4,208 meters) in the Mont Blanc massif on the Cassin route in 2 hours and 4 minutes. He now holds speed records on two out of the three legendary north faces in the Alps. For the third summer in a row, Dani has been focusing on the Grand Jorasses north face project.
