My first ever attempt on ski's. Nice and easy take off and landing. The wind was from behind so quite thought provoking for the first run!

My first visit to Chamonix speed flying. This is from the Brevent down to the valley floor. The Gin Bobcat is great for decending out of the mountains.

This was a nice cold morning speed flying from Crinkle Crags in the Lake District. The winds where too strong on top, so I had to just drop down the face slightly.

A nice flight on a not so nice day. Just trying to find a nice angled hill to get nice and low. Just a shame it's a slog back up!

It has been one hell of a season for Sam who eventually managed to prevail and grab a podium spot at the Worlds' despite adversity, injury and doubt. We catch up with him in New Zealand (thank you Skype!) and let him comments from Pietermaritzburg all the way to Champéry the ups and downs of yet another great season.
