Back from our team trip to Les 2 Alpes, here we go with the first banger.
Roberto "Pepino" Menacho was the first member picked up in the Collective; on july 2012 we saw this noisy spanish guy who were destroying every jib in the snowpark with power and steez.
One year later, Pepino is upping the Ante.
