Stage 2 of the Snow Bike Festival started yesterday morning with a bit of an overcast and with a more comfortable reading on the thermometer compared to stage 1. The terrain however was a bit more slippery at stage 2 compared to stafe 1 as some of the ice on the roads began to melt due to the warmer conditions. It was Thomas Misser who won the race in the men category and Hielke Elferink who won in the women category.

A new event title, new destination, and new format: following the huge success of the Snow Epic 2015 in Engelberg (SUI), the innovative fatbike event is now be held at Gstaad (SUI) under the name of Snow Bike Festival.
